On the ground floor you will find the second modern renovated holiday home of Klavertje Lier. Here we kept some of the authentic façade elements of the former farm, without compromising on modern comfort. You can comfortably spend the night here with 4 and completely escape from your busy life. Enjoying the beautiful green surroundings and still being close to a lot of interesting places is the big advantage of De schapenstal!

The entire holiday home and garden is also equipped with a stable WIFI connection. Furthermore, we also have board games, a lockable bicycle shed, bicycles, a private terrace and a large garden with garden furniture available. A child’s bed and a highchair are also available, but please note that you need to book this in advance to avoid double bookings between the holiday homes.

Please note that smoking and animals are not allowed in the holiday home.

Living room & kitchen

Through an entrance hall you enter the cosy living room with beautiful green accents. A modern living space, where you can find some parts of the old farm. Besides the TV there are also some board games available for a fun game moment!

The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, fridge with freezer compartment, combi oven, toaster and an induction cooker. Of course, there are also plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans available.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1

In the first bedroom there are 2 boxsprings (90 x 200 cm). We can set them up separately or we can slide them together with an extra top-mattress if you like to sleep together.

This room has a window with blackout facilities, a large wardrobe and there is an outlet and a reading light on each bed. You can also use a separate sink with hot and cold water.

Bedroom 2

In this bedroom there are 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and you can darken the window completely. There is an outlet and reading light on each bed and there is a large wardrobe for all your stuff. You can also use a separate washbasin with hot and cold water.

Sanitary

The bathroom has a washbasin, a spacious shower and enough storage space for towels and toiletries. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Terrace

Right behind the house there is a private terrace, connected to the common garden. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture so you can enjoy your meal or drinks close by the kitchen.

Garden with storage room

You can relax and enjoy the nice weather in the large communal garden. Say hello to the goats, enjoy the green surroundings or use the petanque court. The choice is yours!

Afterglowing your day can be done perfectly in the covered lounge next to the shed. This is partially lockable with a glass wall, so you are always out of the wind!

Feel free to use our built-in barbecue for a delicious, grilled meal. However, do not forget to bring your own charcoal, as we do not provide it.

In the handy garden shed next door you will find, among other things:

Extra garden furniture
Large rotary dryer
Garden toys (Kubb game, Frisbee, petanque balls, beachball set, football, basketball and volleyball)
6 bicycles (which you can use for free), but you can also store your own bicycle there
Extra fridge (shared for both residences)
A highchair (to be reserved in advance, so that there are no double bookings at arrival)

Prices

The prices below include the energy consumption, the kitchen package & the final cleaning, but exclude bed and bath linen.
